Monday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Donations 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Donations 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Donations 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Thursday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Donations 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Friday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Donations 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Donations 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Sunday: CLOSED

We have decided due to the weather conditions being more extreme in the late afternoon, we will close donations at 3 p.m. This is to ensure the safety & well being of our volunteers, staff, and donors.

Donation Information/Disclaimers

Furniture Donation Pickups:

We are not currently doing furniture pickups due to truck and staff shortages.

Donation Policies:

Donations at our Thrift Shoppe should be limited to 10-15 Boxes/Bags maximum in order for us to be the best stewards of your donated items.

Large donations of more than 10 or 15 Boxes/Bags MUST be scheduled with Thrift Store Staff.

In the event of a Winter Weather advisory or Heat Advisory, we may close the gate early or not open at all in order to keep staff and volunteers out of inclement weather. Please check our Facebook page for current updates. We appreciate your support of our ministry and truly value your donations!

Volunteer!

Volunteers are the life blood of our organization! We are always looking for volunteers to assist in the day to day operations of our Thrift Shoppe. Our Volunteer Coordinator would love to meet with you and discuss all the possible ways you can help support Pivotal Point by volunteering your precious time.

Tell Your Friends

We believe that once someone shops and supports Pivotal Point, they will want to come back time and time again. Telling your friends and family about our organization (and how they can support us by shopping at our Thrift Shoppe) is the best advertising we could ask for.
